As Leaders, How Do we Achieve Victory?

There's no magic formula for leaders on how to achieve victory because every situation is different. While non-exhaustive, below are four points that will help you get on the right track.

Leaders learn from failure.

Leaders learn from every failure; moving on and getting back on track. Failures are used as foundations for great victories. Leaders do not languish when they fail. They busy themselves in order to become better; to ultimately succeed.

Leaders remain near.

Victories are gained when leaders remain near. Leaders lead, therefore they are to be the first to step foot on the battleground and the last to step off.

Leaders take the offensive.

Leaders don't wait for the battle to come to them. They take the battle to the enemy.

Leaders adjust.

Leaders adjust strategy and tactics. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result.

If it doesn't work, adjust.

If it does work, adjust to make it better.

As a leader, how is victory achieved?

  • Learning from your failures

  • Remaining near those you lead

  • Taking the offensive

  • Correctly adjusting to the situation
