It's Okay to Get Angry

By Josh Fowler

We all get mad from time to time and that’s normal. It’s okay to feel anger – giving in to anger is not. When we give in to anger, we allow others to provoke and potentially compromise our character.

Be very very careful.

Because we are emotional beings, we have to be very careful with anger. You see, we cannot internalize our anger. If we do, it will begin to eat at us like a terminal disease.

If you internalize your anger, it will soon turn to bitterness and bitterness is the bait to destruction, so find someone you can trust and vent your frustrations to them.

As leaders, trying times call for kindness, steadfastness, and calm. Even amongst personal attacks, situations must be looked at objectively. Anger is only fuel for the fire.
