It's the Little Things

Leaders don’t despise the little things. We all begin somewhere and that somewhere is usually with small tasks and responsibilities.

Leaders do not regard these menial tasks with contempt because they know that small assignments add up.

If you can be tested with what is inconsequential, then you can be trusted with what is momentous.
